About Us

The Grove Community Cat Coalition is dedicated to creating a stable, healthy local cat population through education, spay/neuter services, and medical care for community animals in need.

Relying on community support and volunteers, we focus on the TNR (trap, neuter, return) of feral cats in colonies within the 65711 zip code area.

Cats that have been TNR'd receive a notch on top of the ear so  it is easy to tell they have been altered and vaccinated.

Support the Grove Community Cat Coalition

Donations are what makes TNR possible!

Together, we can create positive change!

Give Today

Sponsor your own tnr kitty Today

$45 will cover the cost of spay/neuter and vaccinations for a feral cat in need.

When you sponsor a community cat, you will receive an email with photos and details about the specific cat you've helped.

You’ll even get to name your sponsored cat! Your generosity will be featured on the coalition’s Facebook page and website.

Please note: Sponsoring a cat does not mean adopting or handling the animal. These cats will continue to live as part of their community, now healthier and safer thanks to your support.

Our Impact

Thanks to the support of our community, we have helped 363 cats since January, 2024. This means we have prevented an average of 24,321 kittens from suffering on the streets in a 2 year time frame!

Many thanks to our Mountain Grove Community, and Mountain Grove Animal Control.

Support Spay/Neuter Programs in Missouri

The “I’m Pet Friendly” license plate tells others that you love animals, and helps to end pet overpopulation by raising funds for spay and neuter programs in Missouri.

At least $20 of every $25 paid for a Pet Friendly plate is deposited into a fund to support low cost spay and neuter programs throughout the state. The Missouri State Humane Association (MoSHA) was established to administer the “I’m Pet Friendly” license plate program.  https://www.mostatehumane.org/
